View an overview of SMS/Whatsapp activity.

 

User Type & Roles

To perform this action in ALICE, the user must have at least Employee User Type access.

The user must also have the following settings within “Roles” enabled”

  • Access to “Reports” tab.

  • Access to “View” Reports.

Things to Consider

  • Time filter defaults to “Last 30 Days”. Change the timeframe using the dropdown.

     

  • This report is available to customers who have purchased Guest Messaging only.

Terms & Definitions

Total # of Conversations Created

Number of all conversations created in the account.

Total # of Conversations Created (Not Including “STOP” Responses)

Number of all conversations created in the account. Excludes the “STOP” compliance message sent by default.

Total # of Automated Messages Sent (Not including Compliance Messages)

Number of automated SMS sent. Excludes the “STOP” compliance message sent by default.

Total # of Automated Messages and Compliance Messages Sent

Number of automated SMS sent. Includes the “STOP” compliance message sent by default.

Conversations Containing “Car” or “Valet”

Counts conversations containing keywords “Car” or “Valet”.

Conversations Containing “Wifi”

Counts conversations containing the keyword “Wifi”.

Conversations Containing “Reservation”

Counts conversations containing the keyword “Reservation”.

Conversations Containing “Check Out”

Counts conversations containing the keyword “Check Out”.

Guest Response by Hour

X axis displays time of day (24:00), Y axis displays the individual message count for incoming texts.

Usage Over Time

View the number of messages sent/received (including broadcasted messages), number of messages sent by staff, number of messages sent by guests, and number of messages sent by automation. The date field notes any date where there was SMS/Whatsapp usage.

Average Initial Response Time to Messages

View the number of messages sent per user and the average response time of those messages.

Responses per Guest

View the number of messages sent by a guest during their reservation stay dates.

Guests Blocking Messages from Property

View a list of guests who have blocked messages from the property.
