Request Custom Work

Custom Itineraries, Confirmation Letters, and Reports can be built upon request. There may be an additional fee associated with custom work. Fees are assessed by the support team at the time of the request.

User Type & Roles

To request custom work, the user must have at least Hotel Admin User Type access.

Things to Consider

  • Confirmation letters can be created within ALICE and provided to guests via email, saved locally on the device, or printed. Confirmation Letters can be customized to more closely match a properties brand standards.

    • Confirmation Letter customization is manually coded by our support team. If there are configuration changes that occur to Services/Service Options after the Confirmation Letter is customized, those changes will not be included in the Confirmation Letter by default. To include new configuration changes to the custom Confirmation Letter, please open a new custom work request.

    • Confirmation Letters can be created in a web format or in a Microsoft Word Document format.
      Web format allows for editing to occur natively within ALICE.
      Microsoft Word Document format requires users to download the document to the device.

  • An Itinerary in ALICE compiles a list of tickets associated with the guest reservation. Itineraries are less customizable; custom text can only be added to the Introduction and Closing sections and the font can be changed. The format of the body of the Itinerary cannot be changed.

    • Each property can only have one itinerary template.

  • Ticket Print Out Requests are simply a document version of a ticket in ALICE. These can be used if working with an external vendor who does not have access to the ALICE account but requires the ticket information to proceed with work. It is not recommended to use Ticket Print Out Requests for regular staff; the best practice is to provide ALICE access to all staff interacting with tickets.

  • The default reports available in the Reports Tab are dependent upon the products purchased. Request a custom report if there are additional reporting needs not being met by the default reports.

Steps to Request Custom Itinerary



  1. Open a support ticket by sending an email to support@actabl.com.

  2. Include the following information:
    Your Name
    Your Property Name
    A complete list of properties where this custom itinerary should appear.
    Desired “Introduction” text (If applicable)
    Desired “Closing” text (If applicable)
    Desired Font Name

  3. Please expect a 2 week lead time.

Steps to Request Custom Confirmation Letter

  1. Open a support ticket by sending an email to support@actabl.com.

  2. Include the following information:
    Your Name
    Your Property Name
    A complete list of properties where this custom confirmation letter should appear.

  3. Attach a sample of a brand standard confirmation letter. Mark up any areas that should be be coded to auto-fill from ticket information.

  4. Please expect a 2-3 week lead time.

  2. Include the following information:
    Your Name
    Your Property Name

Steps to Request Custom Report

  1. To request a custom report, open a support request by emailing support@actabl.com.

  2. The information that the team will need to fulfill your request will be unique to the type of report. Please provide a general summary of what the report should cover.

  3. Please expect a 4 week lead time.
